SHIPPING POLICY

All prints and framed artworks are custom-made to order and fulfilled directly by our partner lab, WhiteWall, located in Germany.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMELINES
Because each piece is produced to museum-grade archival standards, we do not offer expedited production. 
- Print-Only Orders: Please allow approximately 8 business days for production and international delivery.
- Framed Editions: Due to the complexity of custom framing and museum glass, please allow approximately 11 business days for production and international delivery.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information the moment your artwork clears the lab's quality control and is handed over to the express courier.

SHIPPING RATES
To ensure the safest transit for large-format prints and fragile optical glass, all pieces are shipped via fully insured express courier in custom-fitted, reinforced art packaging. Live shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your exact global delivery address.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES (DDU)
All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from Germany. 
- United States Buyers: Our framed pieces are priced below the standard $800 USD de minimis threshold, meaning most US orders will enter the country duty-free.
- International Buyers (Outside US/EU): You are responsible for any local import duties, customs fees, or Value Added Tax (VAT) required by your country's government upon arrival. We do not collect these fees at checkout. The courier will contact you directly to settle any local customs requirements before final delivery.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
While rare, international transit damage can occur. If your artwork arrives damaged, you must contact us at downlink [at] sarahmaths [dot] com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the damaged artwork and the original packaging so we can immediately arrange a replacement.
